To my fellow LIONS and LIONESSES affected in one way or another by the fire incident:
I am sorry for your terrible loss on Wednesday Night. None of us was prepared for that Fire Outbreak , and I couldn't believe how devastating the damage was Both to Okeke Hostel, to you Okeke Hostel Occupants and We UNN Students at large, I know incidents like this make victims feel terribly violated but in all we must thank God no live was lost. I can't say I fully understand your pain because it is he who wears a shoe that knows where it pinches him, but I am equally human and i wear shoes too, so I know it is not a happy ordeal anyone would wish to experience. I pray God to help your resiliency, this upset may or may not be temporary, but please even after we all get things cleaned up, I believe the saying that "(EHI N'ENWEGHI ODU, CHI YA NA-ACHURU YA IJIJI)....THE COW THAT DOES NOT HAVE A TAIL, IT'S GOD CHASES AWAY FLIES FOR IT''. I love EV Pharmacy but does anyone else get annoyed by (what I assume is) the owner staring at you like you're going to shoplift? He follows me down EVERY AISLE. It's a little much. I kind of want to tuck some Tic Tacs in my pocket just to spite him.
