MISS UNN
Miss UNN is an annual University of Nigeria, Nsuka Campus pageant that is run by the University of Nigeria Kings and Queens Forum. It was previously run in 2011, by phoenix multi concept in collaboration with the University of Nigeria council of hall Governors, after which the school social activities were put on hold by the school administration. until 2014, when the University of Nigeria Kings and Queens forum took up the task of hosting the next Miss UNN, and succeeded in lifting the ban on the event which made the previous queen Miss Chinelo Anazodo, to wear the crown for three years, until she finally handed over to her successor, Miss Akilo Kenechukwu, on 5th April 2014 in a Ground breaking event that was hosted by the University of Nigeria Kings and Queens Forum
UNN CELEBRITIES
MR UNN
Mr UNN pageantry came alive in December 2011 at the Princess Alexandra
Auditorium in the University of Nigeria Nsukka. The event which was organised
by Lion FM produced the current King, Mr. Precious Onuigbo who recently
graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department after reigning for four years
without a successor. This is despite several attempts made by the radio station
to ensure that the current Mr UNN hands over his crown before graduation.
However, the University of Nigeria Kings and Queens’s forum
having taken up the responsibility of managing pageantry in school is now ready
to host the much awaited event. With the aim of ensuring continuity of this socio
cultural event which also serves as a process through which we choose our
forums ceremonial president, an energetic and brilliant young man with
character and allure.
The pageantry is one of the most outstanding shows in UNN and
this upcoming edition that is being put together by our team Mr UNN 2015 promises to be bigger and more fun. All the male
undergraduates wishing to participate in this event are now provided with the
opportunity of helping to promote the image of the school.

Do you know that a candidate with a high JAMB score of 300 but with low post UTME score cannot get admission into University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), but a candidate with a low Jamb score that is not below the cut off mark with high post UTME score can get admission.
So even if you scored high in JAMB, don’t think your admission is so sure because of your high JAMB score. You still need to score high in the upcoming Post UTME screening examination to be able to succeed and get admission into University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN).
